What’s the most important thing you learned about your team (or team member) this year?
“The collaboration between product and R&D is truly remarkable. When we set our minds on something – There’s nothing we can’t accomplish together. I’m humbled by the amazing talent we have in our team and can’t wait to bring more and more exciting new features to our customers.”

What was your biggest project/challenge this year?
“Making our reporting a market leader for all cross-channel activity. With our auto-labeling, custom metrics, and custom data upload, you can truly create your dream dashboards, which is exciting.”
“We had several huge challenges this year; improving our infrastructure, increasing the speed, improving SLA, giving our clients the highest standard of support.”
“Stay in tune with customer needs that evolve as fast as digital marketing has evolved.”
“Finding a new and better way to work collaboratively with our CS and Sales teams. By using our own product & features, we have reached new levels of collaboration and today, I can confidently say that we make not 3 separate but 1 big team that serves our clients in the best possible way.”
In the next 12 months, what’s 1 thing/project you want your team to accomplish the most?
“Providing a true, cross channel experience in our reporting and especially our activation. We believe that no one should maintain each channel separately, and should focus their attention on what matters – business goals and creating unique creatives. The rest will be taken care of by us.”
“Upgrading our product and making it the best in its category.”
“Focus on growth and engagement for our top customers and the new onboarded ones. Work as closely as possible with the client’s needs: how will we help them to progress in their own business.”

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:
Paragone’s team was excited to attend this year’s One to One digital marketing Biarritz 8th edition, which took place October 04 -06, 2022. At the event, the team was able to meet with more than 300 of the largest brands in the French market in order to explore market trends, get inspired by new ideas for digital marketing strategies, and learn about the next generation of digital marketers.
