To help your team work smarter and more efficiently, Paragone has several features to facilitate collaboration on our platform.
Permissions tailored to your team
Roles and permissions can be assigned through the “Team” tab within the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your Paragone account. When you add a new team member, you have the option to choose from four standard roles: Admin, User, Viewer, and Custom.
The possibilities for permissions customization are almost endless, helping you keep your team members focused on their tasks by only giving them access to what they really need. There are lots of parameters to choose from, including automation, setting budgets, creating audiences, campaign creation (with sub-categories for different campaign objectives), and more.
There’s a lot you can do with customizable roles on Paragone. If you’re working with a creative agency, for example, you’ll want them to be able to upload their creatives to the platform, but not to launch campaigns. This is easy to do by creating a custom role that gives your agency permission to create drafts so they can upload creatives, without giving them access to the “create new campaigns” option.
Or, you could create a role for your community manager, whose function is to build relationships with current and potential customers and drive conversations. You could give them custom access to manage and create new campaigns, but only for the “engagement” objective, and give them rights to add new audiences and to use organic posts.
Collaborate on campaigns
The ability to work together effectively as a team on Paragone goes beyond setting up roles and permissions. When you navigate to the platform, you’ll see the Collaboration tab, which lets you exchange messages with the people in your team. If you need someone to check something specific in a campaign, you can tag them from here. They’ll be notified on the platform, and will receive an email with a link that takes them directly to that campaign.
Work together on media planning
Building a media plan is a complex procedure, one that often requires a lot of back and forth with multiple actors to complete a final version. Paragone media planning offers a central place for everyone to collaborate on online ads, from the planning stage through execution. It gives you the agility and flexibility in building complex media plans across networks, with multiple stakeholders.
With the collaboration tab, you can keep all your exchanges in one place so no one misses any information. The collaboration tab in our media planning module lets you write, reply to, and tag someone in your messages. You’ll get a notification each time you’re tagged, and you can also opt to receive email notifications. Even non-platform users can collaborate on your media plan, with the ability to leave comments when the plan is shared with them via a dedicated link.
You’ll also find the history of important changes in your media plan, including creation, editing after the media plan is validated, validation, and campaign imports into the media plan.
Share reports with anyone
One of the strengths of Paragone is its advanced reporting capabilities. It only shows you what you need to see, and nothing that you don’t. You can build multiple dashboards from one of 8 templates, or create your own custom dashboards with widgets—and the possibilities of what you can create are endless.
No matter what kind of reports you build, you can create links to easily share them with whoever needs to see them: clients, management, or whoever else you need to keep in the loop!
